Plague Dog

Something else I did tonight, just for fun. I hadn't done a weird monstery thing in a while.

The Plague Dog is a mutated animal of unknown origin. Kind of like a cross between a crocodile and a flying squirrel if you look close enough...which isn't advised. It is unknown if it's toxicity was a recent development or a natural phenomenon, but either way if it bites you, scratches you, pees on you or perhaps even looks at you funny you'll become quite ill.

Symptoms of this "plague" vary by level of infection. Getting a whiff of the thing will probably only give you a headache. If it bites you you're up the creek without a paddle. Common symptoms include (by level of severity): headache, nausea, dizziness, runny nose, coughs, bloody coughs, vomiting, decreased motor functions, hallucinations, and possibly death if you're really unlucky.

This thing's got a nose like a wolf and runs like a freaking cheetah. It can also jump and glide for about twenty or so yards (those are giant skin flaps on its sides, if you couldn't tell. )

It's weaknesses? It's as dumb as a post and easily distracted. It has the brain capacity of a rather smart dog and is loyal to only one master (i.e. Big Bug). The Plague Dog is loathe to leave its post at the cemetery but will attack anything that enters with frighting ferocity.
